Tom Kendrick, PMP, is a senior project manager for Visa Inc. He regularly speaks at conferences, associations, and universities, and is the author of Results Without Authority and Identifying and Managing Project Risk. His 35 years of project management experience include 20 years with Hewlett Packard, as well as work for DuPont, General Electric, and as an independent consultant. He holds electrical engineering degrees from Princeton and the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
About the Author
Tom Kendrick (San Carlos, CA) is currently a program manager with Hewlett-Packard. He has nearly 30 years of project management experience, 12 of which were spent with the HP Project Management Initiative. He is the author of Identifying and Managing Project Risk.
