About the Author

George W. Anderson, a senior SAP Basis Consultant and Project Manager for HP's Consulting and Integration Services organization, specializes in implementing and optimizing HP and other technology vendor' platforms for SAP's customers. An 8-year veteran of numerous successful implementations, upgrades, and other SAP engagements, he is a certified SAP Technical Consultant and PMI Project Management Professional. A frequent speaker at SAP technical and user conferences and events, George is also the author of SAP Planning: Best Practices in Implementation (2003) and mySAP Toolbag for Performance Tuning and Stress Testing (2004).

Danielle Larocca is a certified SAP consultant and programmer. She has 15 years experience writing technical documentation for SAP and competitive products.
